Didn't anybody notice Carlos Delgado's night last night?

4 HR in 4 AB's. Only 5th major leaguer ever to do that.

If anyone has his bowman RC or decent GU of him let me know.

    Carlos rules...too bad the Blue Jay fans stink. No curtain call or nothing...simple clapping. If I was there I'd be screaming my lungs off...well at least when I liked baseball I'd do that.

    Carlos and Doc could have had MVP and CY rapped up with ease if the team had a better record. Ah well, CY is good enough....

    I have his stinkin' Bowman RC image . Want to sell it if possible. Centering is about 60-40 L/R, maybe 55/45
    top to bottom. Corners and all are sweet. Very small dot on one border which is some little printing glitch.
    Glossy front, back superb, clean cuts, etc... Gotta boogie for now, but if ya want to buy just toss me a PM with an offer if ya like. Have other baseball RC's listed (only about 6) would sell too as I don't even know why I still have them...

    dirtmonkey I will keep your offer in consideration if I can't get a better centered Delgado. Also I have a couple McAllister GU in case u were in buying.

    Carlos Delgado is simply the most underrated baseball player out there. I've been holding onto is Bowman RC for a few years now(ever since I pulled it!). He was never a hobby favorite and people act like Delgado isn't a great ballplayer. Look at his statistics. He is great and I'm going on eBay in search of a nice autograph of Delgado. He needs some hobby love!!!!!!!!

    I wouldn't go that far. I would expect the most underrated player in baseball to hit .300 more than twice in 8 full seasons.

    yes. like larry walker. most underated. batting champ ect. his cards should be worth much more than they are.

    How do the blue jays stink?I bet they make the playoffs!I sall the game last night it was a good game at the end.Like at the 8 ning it was like 8-8.Then when carlos came up he hitt a home run again to make it 9-8 then reed johnson came up and made a home run to make it 10-8.I thought it was a sweet game no only came back to win but delgado 4 homers!

    A .300 average isn't some holy grail. Even in this era not too many teams wouldn't want a player who consistently scores and drives in a hundred runs. Four home runs in a game is impressive, even in sixteen innings with 7 AB. The Blue Jays just can't afford to spend with Georgy boy . There were a boatload of empty seats in those highlights, though.

    Right, but saying he's the most underrated ballplayer out there -- when you have guys like Vladimir Guerrero and Magglio Ordonez who do the same, while hitting well above .300, swiping bags, and striking out less -- is a little far-fetched. I'm not saying Delgado isn't a great player, there are just better players getting less recognition than they deserve.
